MAAS Companies, in a joint venture with California Construction Management, has been selected to provide program management services to Oceanside Unified School District as part of the district’s Proposition H bond construction program. The two companies have joined forces to deliver comprehensive program, project and construction management services and will utilize MAAS’ proprietary program management software to provide critical financial tracking and reporting to program stakeholders.
