Modernization - Phase 3A Proposición H

Construction Duration: Summer 2024 - Fall 2025

New campus-wide electrical upgrades and improved hardscape. New administration addition to Building E and modernization of MPR. Complete modernization of Building C including renovations to classrooms, restrooms and replacement of HVAC units. New shade structures and canopies. New modular buildings throughout including (13) classroom buildings and (3) restroom buildings.

Modernization - Phase 4 Proposición H

Construction Duration: Spring 2025 - Fall 2025

This phase includes complete modernization of Building B along with comprehensive updates to all accessory and restroom spaces. Temporary housing will be removed from the site to allow for completion of the staff parking lot.

Modernization - Phase 5 Proposición H

Construction Duration: Summer 2025 - Fall 2025

This phase focuses on outdoor improvements with the installation of a new athletic playfield, landscaping enhancement and various site elements to create a more functional and aesthetically pleasing campus environment.

Complete modernization of Building A and Building D. Modernization of all accessory spaces and all restroom spaces.

Modernization - Phase 2 Proposición H

Completed: August 2024

Removal of all existing modular buildings. Addition of new kinder play area and new primary play area. New visitor parking lot and accessible striping. New student drop-off area and bus lane. New electrical and plumbing infrastructure.

New staff parking lot & accessible parking. Campus-wide sidewalk upgrades. Landscaping enhancements at kinder areas, parking lots and front of school.
