Since February 12, 2019, CCM/MAAS has provided Bond Program Management and oversight of Capital Improvements across the District, under the direction of the Associate Superintendent of Business Services.

The firm's role expanded following the passage of Bond Measure W in November of 2020, building upon their work with the Proposition H Bond Program.

The agreement for RFQ 1819-001 has since been renewed by the Board of Education on two occasions:  first on January 18, 2022, and most recently, January 16, 2024, extending the term of services through February 12, 2026.
