North Terrace - Rebuild
-
Construction Start: Jun 2026 Bond: Measure W
Projected Finish: May 2029 Budget: $90,000,000.00
This massive project involves the complete demolition of the existing campus and reconstruction of an entirely new facility. The campus design centers around Administration building that serves as the main entry control point, creating a single point of access for campus security. The elementary school features two-story buildings with over 54,000 square feet of total learning space, while the Kindergarten, Transitional Kindergarten, and Library buildings showcase a large distinctive library that faces outward toward the central campus. A multipurpose building with a large raised stage serves as a focal point for gatherings and performances. The middle school buildings are equipped with science labs and spacious learning areas designed for older students. Outdoor amenities include expansive hard-surface play courts for basketball, wallball, and pickleball, along with multiple playground areas and a new athletic field with a running track.
