Long Range Facilities Master Plan 2016-17

The district completed a Long Range Facilities Master Plan in July 2017.  The plan includes:

  • Educational Specifications
  • Demographics and Enrollment Projections
  • Classroom Capacity Analysis
  • Facilities Assessment
  • Funding Alternatives

Asset Management Study

The district is currently undertaking a study of five of its properties to determine their highest and best use and potential values.  The five sites being studied are:

  • District Office North -- 2070-2080 Mission Ave.
  • District Office South -- 2111 Mission Ave.
  • Ditmar -- 1125 S. Ditmar St.
  • Ocean Shores -- 3131 Oceanside Blvd.
  • Pacifica -- 4991 Macario Dr.
