Jefferson - Modernization

  • Construction Start: Fall 2025 Measure W Proposition H

    Projected Finish: Winter 2027 Budget: $47,674,567

    This project involves updating and expanding the school campus through several key improvements. The work includes making changes to the existing parking lot and library building, along with various site improvements throughout the campus. New construction will add a cafeteria and kitchen building, an administration building, and a multi-purpose building for activities and gatherings. Three new classroom buildings will be built to provide additional learning spaces. The project also includes preparing the site with proper grading and installing necessary utilities like water, sewer, and electrical systems to support all the new and updated facilities. Additionally, a solar panel structure will be installed to help provide clean energy for the campus.

    Completed: August 2006 Budget: $7,813,811.00

    Two prototypical design two-story, eight classroom buildings and a new prototypical boys' and girls' shower locker room were added to the campus.
