  • Surfside - Modernization - Phase 1:

    Completed: September 2025

This preliminary stage centered around the preparation of the new campus with extensive sitework and installation of underground utilities. Over 50% of the site, including the Ditmar House, was demolished, cleared and graded. The site's electrical infrastructure was upgraded with the installation of a new switchgear with full enclosure, situated in the newly constructed parking lot. This phase also included a new masonry retaining wall that wraps along the perimeter of the site, with fencing and access gates.

  • Ditmar - Child Development Center Improvements

    Completed: September 2022 Budget: $294,367.05

This project involves moving and setting up portable classroom buildings at the school site. Specifically, we will relocate and install one childcare center building (40 feet by 72 feet) and six standard classroom buildings (24 feet by 40 feet each). The project also includes improvements to the school grounds, such as moving and reinstalling a covered shade structure for outdoor areas and upgrading the site with necessary utilities and pathways to support these new buildings.
