Scope:
The Roof and HVAC project consists of removing and replacing 4 HVAC units for more energy efficient units, replacing the roof membrane that is 25+ years old and associated work including electrical and plumbing. The interior of the gym and lobby will receive a fresh coat of paint and a new logo and a team room will be reconfigured.
