Scope:
The Truax theater project includes an interior update to the lobby and ticket area with new flooring, paint, lighting, ceiling and windows. The auditorium will have new carpet and flooring seal along with a general cleaning. The exterior of the building will receive new paint at the entrance to the theater, new handrails, minor repair of plumbing and roof drains.
